The staff were very friendly and helpful. The access to Darling Harbour was so easy. I found the cleanliness of the hotel really good. I especially enjoyed the electric curtains in the room. The lighting options added a special touch. The panel controls were very convenient.
I noticed a lack of food and drink service at the pool area. It required us to leave the pool to find refreshments for my children. I expected better service given the hotel's reputation.

Our Adored Suite had a timber joinery that incorporated the robes beautifully. The shower and wash basin facilities were fantastic with contemporary fixtures. The spacious layout and design elements made our time in the room feel luxurious and intimate.

The room had amazing beds. The cleaning staff kept everything super clean EVERY day. I found a Coles supermarket next door which was VERY convenient.

the staff were quite friendly. they gave attention to service. i found some extra surprises. complimentary slippers, bath salts, and lip balm were left.
the furniture felt tired. the design looked like from the 90s. the room did not quite reflect its price. i think it is heavily targeted to the gambling community.
